Typical Itinerary for the Beach Lots
Client pays for its own airfare, food and hotel.
We require a $500 refundable deposit for booking.
4 Days of Magic
- Day 1:
Everyone arrives Cuidad del Carmen. Our flights arrive in the evening. Option night stay in the city. Hotel options nightly rate between $60-$200 per night. - Day 2:
Morning spend quick tour of Ciudad del Carmen city tour than off to Isla Aguada. Takes 25-30 drive by car. Spend the day at the beach and the lots. Stay one night at “Hotel Cielo Bonito” in Isla Aguada. The cost for one night at the hotel is approximately $145 USD, including taxes. - Day 3:
Spend the day at the beach. Walk and choose your lot. - Day 4:
Meeting with lawyers’ to answer any questions and do finish/ sign the purchase agreement in Ciudad del Carmen from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. After 11 a.m., everyone free to return to airport to catch flights home.
Additional Notes:
During the stay in Isla Aguada, we plan to:
- Visit the beachfront lots.
- Meet with builders to see some of their work.
- Take a boat tour to see the dolphins and sand bar.
